  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in the product.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Ship the item back to us within 14 days after you receive return approval. Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
